CTP is a full-service commercial real estate developer, that builds, manages and delivers custom-built, high-tech business parks throughout Central and Eastern Europe. The main reason for rebranding was to highlight CTP’s long-term focus on sustainability. Another reason was to help CTP communicate that it is not just another developer, as it does care about local communities where it operates, by creating jobs, developing infrastructure, improving urban environment.
I was hired by CTP’s marketing team to update existing visual identity and assist in rebranding. Presented is a concept developed in collaboration with Simon Gray.
